SMS Apply : Apply lowongan yang aktif via sms. Format : ECC LAMAR ID_LOWONGAN
SMS Status Lamaran : Cek status terbaru dari lowongan yang Anda lamar (status lamar Anda, tanggal tutup, serta info panggilan tes) Format : ECC STATUS ID_LOWONGAN
SMS Info Lowongan : Informasi lowongan terbaru yang ada di ECC UGM (nama posisi dan perusahaan saja). Format : ECC INFO LOWONGAN
Ket : Biaya SMS sesuai tarif sms reguler masing-masing operator

Syarat Khusus
Under HR Manager’s supervision, the Human Resource Assistant will participate and provide support in all HR functions at Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta, and will contribute to its successful set-up and development in the following:
All activities related to recruitment: test and interview schedule, recruiting events, filing CV, updating recruitment database, etc;
Works related to insurance, labor contracts, labor registration, personnel paperwork, studio life (celebrations, team-building activities and others for staff) according to HR Manager’s assignments;
Communication out of or inside the company serving HR activities;
Other HR activities when required by management.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related areas;
Experience in HR is preferable;
Office computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking), and excellent Bahasa Indonesia;
Well-organized and sociable;
Sense of responsibility, result-orientation, flexibility;
Ability to work under high pressure
