This position will be responsible in building and facilities management , ensuring fulfillment of construction, health, safety and environment standart. Maintain regular maintenance and provide effective problem solving, preventive action and procedures.
Fresh Graduate with maximum age 25 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00
Active involvement in student organizations or extracurricular activities during study periode
Has good knowledge in Civil Engineering, Facility Management and Building Construction
Has good skills in technical drawing software
Good communication skills
Computer literacy (Ms. Word, MS. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must

This position will support the coorporate training unit in providing training need analysis, training program and implementation. Ensuring the effective implementation and training result. Maintain training report.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent from reputable universities with GPA minimum 3.0
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
