The Role In this role, you will be responsible to :
Creates plans that use deep understanding of customers' business needs and strategies
Responsibility and accountability of a customer/portfolio P&L
Manage complex commercial negotiations through ownership of customer P&L and opportunity/risk management
Apply the Commercial Execution toolkit to drive profitable growth and competitive advantage with customers
Holds a bachelor degree
3-4 years experience in modern trade field, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare company
Strong marketing concept on promotion
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Willing to be based in Semarang or Batam area
