<p>Who Should Apply for GOLD Program&iuml;&frac14;&Yuml;<br />-Graduates from the following disciplines:<br />Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Automatic Engineering, and Printing, etc.<br /><br />-Requirements:<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fresh graduate with a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good command of both spoken and written English.&nbsp; <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent Leadership skill.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp; Enjoy working in a team.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Willing to travel and adapt to change.</p>

<p><br />When an Associate completes the rotations/assignments within the program, these programs will guide the individual to a full time role that aligns with the individual&rsquo;s long-term career aspirations and the Company&rsquo;s business needs.
